Our technical support philosophy is to provide knowledgeable and helpful product support in order to maximize our customer's success. Trenton's support engineers are based in our Gainesville, GA facility and have direct access to Trenton's design and manufacturing engineers. Over the years we have established working relationships with key technology partners like Intel®, Microsoft®, Adaptec®, Matrox® Imaging and others so that we can leverage additional resources to solve challenging system design application issues.
