We offer a no charge 30-day evaluation on all standard board-level products. If the product is returned, it must be returned complete (meaning all manuals, software, cables, etc.) within 30 days of receipt in as-new and resalable condition.
During the 30-day evaluation period our engineering team is available to field calls regarding interaction with third party cards, application software or AMI BIOS settings and configuration.
Please include your Tax I.D. number, billing address, shipping address, our model number, model name and price – plus the name and phone number of the purchaser.

Prices are valid for 30 days following a quotation. Prices are F.O.B. shipping dock. Shipping charges and insurance are additional unless otherwise noted.
Normal shipping within the continental United States is via Ground. If you desire another type of shipping, we are happy to oblige. Just let us know your requirements.
All invoices are due Net 30 days from the date of shipment with approved credit. Call us to establish an account.
Single Board Computers and Embedded Motherboards
Trenton Systems single board computers and embedded motherboards are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
Standard and Custom System Products
All boards used in systems delivered by Trenton are covered under a pass-through warranty. For example system sub-components including but not limited to power supplies, DVDs, CD-ROMS, etc. are covered under their original manufacturer’s warranty.
Repair or replacement products will be warranted for a period of three months from the date of shipment, or for the remainder of the original warranty period for that particular product, whichever is longer. Any software or firmware that is delivered by Trenton will be warranted for a period of one year to perform in accordance with published specifications prepared, approved and issued by Trenton and/or the appropriate 3rd party vendor. Buyer agrees that if a Trenton product proves defective, Trenton is only obligated to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of this product at Trenton’s discretion. The warranty is void if the product has been subjected to alteration, neglect, misuse, or abuse; if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than Trenton; or if failure is caused by accident, acts of God, or other causes beyond the control of Trenton. Trenton reserves the right to make changes or improvements in any product without incurring any obligation to similarly alter products previously purchased.
