The dual-processor single board computer options available with the TRC4008 4U rackmount computer include the BXT7059 SBC with Intel® Xeon® E5-2400 Series Processors and the JXT6966 SBC with Intel® Xeon® C5500 Processors.  The single-processor TSB7053 with an Intel® Xeon® E3-1200 or E3-1200 v2 Processor is also available.

Description

The TRC4008 is a rackmount chassis that features 14-slot backplane and embedded motherboard support.  This 19″ industrial rackmount computer features front access /hot swap storage drives in a shallow depth 20″ enclosure and offers flexible system configurations with single board computers, 14-slot backplanes, or embedded motherboards.

System Fan Control

The FSC1400 simultaneously controls and monitors tach pulses from up to four system fans.  The controller also accepts fan speed commands (including on/off) and provides individual pass/fail fan status via an I2C interface to the computer’s PICMG 1.3 system host board.  Fan speed can also be based on temperature via the provided thermal sensor.
