The TSC3600 Shelfmount Computer
This shelfmount / wallmount computer provides a unique combination of space savings, PCIe option card support, expanded data storage and MicroATX motherboard performance, ideal for long-life embedded computing applications such as industrial automation and communications.

A common TSC3600 shelfmount computer configuration features two, quad-core Intel® Xeon® Processors EC5549 (Jasper Forest), and either two 120GB 2.5” or one 500GB 3.5” front access / hot swap HDDs and one slim-line optical media device. Additional long-lifeCPU options are also available, and all Trenton Systems embedded motherboards carry a 5-year factory warranty.
The Trenton TSC3600 is a shelfmount computer system available for use with Trenton’s dual-processor MicroATX (uATX) motherboard (JXM7031). The TSC3600 features a flexible enclosure design that allows the computer to be mounted in different orientations and in a wide variety of locations.
This shelfmount /wallmount computer provides a unique combination of space savings, PCI Express 2.0 option card support, expanded data storage and dual-processor MicroATX motherboard performance in long-life embedded computing applications.
A few application examples for the TSC3600 include: mobile command and control vehicles, industrial automation process control & assembly machines, material handling and airborne surveillance platforms.
A common TSC3600 configuration features two, quad-core Intel® Xeon® Processors EC5549 (Jasper Forest). Additional long-life CPU options are available for use in TSC3600 computers to enhance system longevity. A typical TSC3600 configuration supports either two 120GB 2.5” or one 500GB 3.5” front access / hot swap HDDs and one slim-line optical media device. Additional TSC3600 shelfmount computer configurations are available to meet unique application requirements.
Note: The low-profile 3U (5.25″/133mm) chassis design requires a riser card installed in the JXM7031 motherboard. Plug-in I/O card support is determined by the riser card selected for the system.

Other industry standard MicroATX (uATX) motherboards are supported in the TSC3600 wallmount computer.
Agency Approvals and Compliance
The TSC3600 system is a UL recognized product listed in file #E208896-A4-UL dated 2013-02-28. Full UL test report available upon request.
The TSC3600 is also CE and FCC compliant via the ECM Directive 2004/108/EC including EMI/EMC and FCC Part 15 Subpart B. The TSC3600 certificates of compliance documents are available upon request.
Option Card Slot Details
There are three mechanical card slots available for use with the TSC3600 computer. Support for x16 and x8 PCI Express 2.0 or 1.1 cards as well as a 32-bit/33MHz option card is available with the TSC3600. The actual number and type of cards supported via the three option card slots is determined by the motherboard and riser card combination used in the specific TSC3600 configurations.
Trenton’s JXM7031 embedded motherboard enables support for the following option cards:
1 – x16 PCI Express 2.0/1.1
2 – x8 PCI Express 188.8.131.52
1 – 32-bit/33MHz PCI
This compact enclosure offers flexible mounting options for computer mounting above or below a shelf or on a wall.
TSC3600 mounting brackets may be attached to the enclosure in multiple locations to enable horizontal or vertical shelf, wall, console, workstation and OEM machine equipment installations.

Lightweight Rugged Aluminum Enclosure
The TSC3600 wallmount computer version illustrated here features the Trenton JXM7031 embedded motherboard. This MicroATX motherboard option supports two, long-life Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® C5500 Procesors (Jasper Forest) to enable a robust shelfmount or wallmount computer solution.
Additional TSC3600 versions are available featuring other industry standard MicroATX motherboards.
